Since 2003, tens of thousands of people across Washington State have used Save Health Care in Washington’s grassroots action network to voice their support for expanding affordable health coverage. In that time, many important victories have been achieved, including this year’s legislation to expand access to dental care and address Washington’s primary care provider shortage, and last year’s historic passage of legislation to ensure that every child in Washington will have access to affordable health care coverage. But there is still much work left to expand coverage for uninsured adults and working people.
