Late Sunday night, the public gained access to additional details of proposed cuts to Medicaid. We need you to take action right now to tell your members of Congress, “Keep Medicaid Whole!“

Advocates estimate that the proposed cuts will cause 13.7 million Americans to become uninsured! 

If these policy changes pass, and Washingtonians lose coverage as a result, community health centers will be pushed to do more with less—providing care to a growing number of uninsured patients while Medicaid, our largest funding stream is gutted. These cuts to Medicaid are a recipe for disaster!

Medicaid is essential to the sustainability of community health centers, rural hospitals and other safety net providers. Cuts to Medicaid will erode Washington’s health care infrastructure and will ultimately reduce access to care for entire communities, not just the 1.8 million Washingtonians who are enrolled in Medicaid.
